01Applying for a Loan
1.1You may apply for a mobile loan from ZamCredit if you have a valid mobile money account and provide accurate KYC details.
1.2I consent to receive marketing and promotional messages from Airtel and ZamCredit.
1.3I consent to have my Airtel Money Account upgraded in order to receive Loan amount higher thank K20,000.
02Data Collection & Verification
2.1By applying, you consent to ZamCredit collecting and processing your personal, employment, salary, bank, mobile money, and loan usage data for loan service purposes.
2.2ZamCredit may verify your details with your employer, bank, or other third parties to determine your credit limit.
2.3ZamCredit may obtain your credit report and share loan repayment and default information with Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) for reporting and loan management.
03Repayment
3.1You agree to repay the Repayment Amount by the Loan Term due date with the agreed method in your loan contract.
3.2In case of collection failure, reschedule the loan over a longer period and charge interest and fees according to the rescheduled loan term.
04Liability
4.1ZamCredit will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your loan application or use.
05General
5.1Loan Contract will show and inform you of:
- The loan amount requested (“Loan Amount”)
- The repayment period (“Loan Term”)
- The total repayment due, including interest and fees (“Repayment Amount”)
